To know God is to know life. God gives life as his personal gift to you, not just life in this world but life in him. which is an eternal life and an abundant life. 1John 5:11, 20 states
This is the true God and eternal life. Any religion therefore that teaches that you have to kill others or become a martyr in order to have eternal life, is a lying spirit. God is life and eternal life too!
