Preyer is the wrong Drug for poverty,the only thing you can to is to give. giver never lake, never u declare fast and prayer if u lake money,give what u have and let the lord multiply it, only what u give will be multiply . This is the kingdom principle.what you give in th church is not helping the church ,but u your self. u are only fulfilling kingdom mandate. if u don,t pay your sucribe bill u will be disconnected from the heavenly supply .you will be disconnected.its the same here on earth, if u don't pay your bill you will be disconnected why your friends who pays bill regurly remain on line.
So, your tithe and Good will offering to the poor is not doing good for God ,But u your self.
