Job Summary


As an HR Program Co-Ordinator (Co-op) at S&C Electric Canada Ltd, you will work closely with our experienced team of professionals in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will gain hands-on experience analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. This co-op position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to kick-start their career in the field of business analysis.



Work Arrangement: On-site, 5 days per week (with the option of one day working from home)


Work Term: 4- or 8-Month term starting in Winter 2026


Responsibilities



  • Support the HR Program & Projects team with developing and implementing solutions.

  • Support the HR Program & Projects Team with communication coordination with the production operations team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather system requirements.

  • Manage version control and maintain system documentation for business software.

  • Ensure efficient file organization and oversee critical document maintenance.

  • Prepare, format, and maintain various business documents to company standards.

  • Assist in software testing and report issues for prompt resolution.

  • Facilitate data reporting efforts, including analytics and PowerPoint.

  • Contribute to data quality through validation and cleansing activities.

  • Uphold documentation compliance with business requirements and internal policies.
     


Qualifications



  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Analysis, IT Management, Project Management, or a related course

  • Available for a 4- or 8-month term starting Winter 2026.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
